Jennerbahn reopened

Now the time has come – the Jennerbahn has officially completed its winter season. As every year, the railway is now in revision for some time. That is, it closed from 14.03.2022 until 07.04.2022.

UPDATE: April is now over and the train has opened again! But it is still cold in the air – it is best to put on long underwear during the thermal flight – even if it is already warm enough down in the valley for the shorts 😉

We enjoyed the winter and made the first solo flights this year – it was so cold! Now we hope that spring will soon bring the long-awaited summer and our starting place will be snow-free again. Unfortunately, we have the problem that the paraglider launch site at Jenner is not being prepared, as is the case in large flight areas. And that unfortunately hinders us too much for us to be able to offer tandem flying in winter.

So together we hope that the snow clears the way for us and we From 8 April 2022 Can start with you in the air again! But beware: Even if there is no more snow at the starting place, high up in the air it will still remain cold. So dress warmly, especially for the thermal flight and the premium flight! We recommend warm gloves, a scarf or neckscarf, your thickest jacket and for the frozen ones definitely a long underpants.
