Completion of the 2022 flight season

Now that snow is already on the mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the nights are getting colder, we officially declare our tandem paragliding season to be over. We want to thank everyone who flew with us this year. Your trust and fascination with gliding high in the air are always a great praise and appreciation for our work.

Thank you for the many bright faces with which you rewarded us after every tandem flight!

Despite all the difficulties and uncertainties in this year of pandemic and crisis, we have found concepts and ways to maintain the possibilities of outdoor sports, and to appreciate the ease and deceleration of paragliding even more. This year there were exceptionally many good flying days, which allowed us to turn together with eagles on the Kehlstein and with bearded vultures on the Jenner (really – only a few meters away from us in the thermals). Already in the middle of April we were able to climb the summit of the Hohe Göll (2522 m above sea level) and admire the Königssee glittering through the last rays of the sun many times from the air. Wonderful flying hours far above the Hohen Göll, with a view into the Austrian Tennengebirge, onto the Grossglockner and Hochkönig and into the Steinerne Meer shaped our tandem season.

The crowning conclusion was, like the last times, a trip to Monte Baldo on Lake Garda. For some years now, the "Neverending Summer" has been taking place there, where many familiar faces always come together and enjoy the joy of flying, especially aerobatic flight with the paraglider, over Lake Garda. Due to the southern location in the Alps and the Mediterranean climate, you can still use and enjoy the last balmy summer days here, even in November.

Thank you for the wonderful season – we look forward to next year!

Your Simon, Vali & Franz
